10 week Season - Double Headers 20 games /  Singles 10 games.

$1450 Double Headers / $725 Single Games. Option to add 1 dozen softballs to your league fees $50 per dozen. *Coed is 1 dozen (6 12's and 6 11's)

Registration ends Friday, March 6th

  • Manager's Meeting- Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30pm in the Concession Building Schedules posted - Monday, March 16th 
  • League Play will begin Friday, March 27th -
  • Monday-Thursday league will begin the week of March 30th

Team Frequently Asked Questions
  • Registration days/times: You pick the day that works best for your team and how many games you would like to play. Double Headers are 2 games each week (same day) Single games are 1 game each week Depending on the amount of teams in a division, we will attempt to create an upper and lower division based on level of play. Times- Game times are 6:30, 7:35, 8:40 or 9:45pm and will vary each week.
  • When will Schedules be posted: Schedules will be available the week of March 16th. Manager's will be emailed once they are posted.
  • When will I get the Softballs I ordered?: Softballs will be given to the Manager's at the Manager's Meeting in March, or at your 1st games. Unless other arrangements are made with office.
  • Manager's Meeting: Manager's Meeting will be Tuesday, March 10th at 6:30pm in the Concession building at the Complex. We will go over information for the Season. League Rules questions can be answered. Drawings for prizes at the end of the meeting. Manager's will get more information as the date gets closer.
  • Where are the games played: Games are played at Delta Park - WVO Softball Complex and as needed Field #1 (DeMarini) and #7 just outside the complex. If June 19th or June 26th are needed for league. Games will be held on Portland fields outside of Delta Park due to other events being held in the complex.
  • Dates my team is not available: If your team is not able to play on a certain day you have registered for let us know 1 week before schedules are posted. We can attempt to make it so teams you were scheduled to play have an opponent. Limit is 2 scheduled days in a 10 week season. You may put those in the comment section, please let us know if you need some help.
  • What if I need more players: Our Free Agent list is a great way to find players. It is made up of Individual players of all levels that do not have a team but want to play.
Roster Frequently Asked Questions
  • Online or Offline Roster: Players must sign your team roster before or at your 1st scheduled game. You can always add players during the season. Questions on how to add players to your roster or if you prefer to do a hard copy are available in the "Info Downloads" tab of the website (league registration). There are paper copies available in the concession building if you need to pick them up in person.
